I grew up in Merritt Island, FL and then moved to Jacksonville, FL for school.

I am a University of North Florida Graduate, former Head Coach for UNF's USAPL Powerlifting Club, and former Co-Founder of UNF's Powerlifting Club.

I received my Certification in Personal Training through the

National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in July 2021.

I was previously an in-person personal trainer at Bailey's Gym from 2021-2023, before I wanted to pursue my own business.

I have coached athletes in multiple federations including Powerlifting America, USA Powerlifting, USPA, and NPL.

I have coached to the National Level, taking multiple athletes to become National Champions in multiple federations.
